Extra Details:: FSHR, a Glycoprotein Hormone Receptor, is required for normal ovarian development and follicle maturation in females. When activated, it stimulates ovarian follicular growth and production of estrogens, initiating a normal menstrual cycle. In males, FSHR is required for the initiation of spermatogenesis and normal sperm production. Two isoforms are produced by alternative splicing. Applications: Suitable for use in Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
