Extra Details:: The function of this gene has not been specifically defined; however, it is thought to be involved in T cell trafficking. This gene has been localized to 4q21 with INP10, which is also a member of the chemokine family of cytokines. (provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008) Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-200 Western Blot: 1:500-1000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
