- CRACC, also known as CSI (CD2 subset I), is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the CD2 subset of the Ig superfamily. CRACC is expressed on most NK cells and subsets of CD8+ cells, CD4+ cells and B cells. CRACC may play a role in the activation and effector function of T cells and NK cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:20-100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
