Extra Details:: CD154 is a 39kD TNF superfamily member also known as CD40 ligand, gp39, T-BAM, TRAP, and Ly-62. CD154 is an accessory molecule expressed predominantly on activated CD4+ lymphocytes that bind CD40. CD154 plays an important role in T-B cell costimulation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, and blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Endotoxin: <0.002EU/ug Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
