Extra Details:: Human CD122 (IL-2 R beta) associates with CD25 (IL-2R alpha) to form a high affinity receptor for IL-2 and is expressed on activated T cells, B cells and monocytes. The cytoplasmic domain of CD122 is involved with signal transduction. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
