Extra Details:: CCR1 is a 7 transmembrane domain chemokine receptor expressed on T cells, B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, and eosinophils. It binds the chemokines CCL3, 4, 5, and 7. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:100-800 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
