Extra Details:: PD-L1, also known as CD274, B7-H1, is a 40kD type I transmembrane protein member of B7 family within the immunoglobulin receptor superfamily. It is expressed on T cells, B cells, NK cells, dendritic cells, IFN-g activated endothelial cells, and monocytes. B7-H1 is one of the ligands of PD-1. The interaction of B7-H1 with PD- 1 plays an important role in the inhibition of T cell responses. Other studies have shown that B7-H1 is able to costimulate T cell growth and cytokine production. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Endotoxin: <0.002EU/ug Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
