- Angiopoietin 1 (ANG-1) is one of the Angiopoietin family of growth factors. ANG-1 binds and activates the TIE2 receptor by inducing its tyrosine phosphorylation. . Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:400 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
