Extra Details:: S100A7 is 11kD calcium binding protein with 2 EF motifs. It is also called psoriasin due to its significantly elevated level in the skin lesion of psoriasis. The protein is over-expressed in squamous cell tumors of the skin, lung and breast. S100A7 expression is induced after activation of epidermal growth factor receptor. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 200ng/lane Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
