- Extra Details:
- Lipid phosphate phosphohydrolase 3 (LPP3) is a member of the phosphatidic acid phosphatase (PAP) family. LPP3 catalyzes the conversion of phosphatidic acid to diacylglycerol. In addition it hydrolyzes lysophosphatidic acid, ceramide-1-phosphate and sphingosine-1-phosphate. This antibody tests as mouse IgG, with mixed subclasses of IgG1, IgG2a and IgG2b. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 0.5-2ug/ml using FFPE sections with heat-induced antigen retrieval. Western Blot: 2-3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
