- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Stem cell factor (SCF), is a type I transmembrane protein and haematopoietic growth factor which acts in synergy with other growth factors, and signals through the receptor tyrosine kinase c-Kit (CD117). The interaction between SCF and c-Kit regulates developmental and functional processes of haematopoietic progenitor cells, mast cells, myelanocytes and germ cells, and plays an important role in follicular development. The interaction between SCF and c-Kit is associated with the progression and invasiveness of some tumors, including melanomas. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with 100ul sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
