- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. MHC Class II Monomorphic was classified at the First Canine Leucocyte Antigen Workshop (Cobbold et al. 1994).The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a cluster of genes that are important in the immune response to infections. In dogs, this is referred to as the dog leukocyte antigen (DLA) region. MHC Class II immunoprecipitates an antigen of ~32-34kD and blocks the proliferation of MHC Class II dependent responses in vitro. In dogs, MHC Class II is expressed by all peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Y3/Ag1.2.3 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
