Extra Details:: Clone recognizes a monomorphic determinant within the heavy chain of bovine MHC Class I. Bovine MHC class I molecules are expressed at varying levels on most nucleated cells, with exception of neural cells. This product will immunoprecipitate a band of ~45kD under reducing conditions. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:200. 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
