Extra Details:: Recognizes Chicken MHC Class I expressed on the majority of nucleated cells. Chicken MHC Class molecules (B-F and B-L molecules) are highly conserved, with tissue distribution, structure and functions being similar to their mammalian counterparts. Avian MHC Class I molecules, known also as B-F antigens, consist of a glycosylated polymorphic transmembrane achain noncovalently bound to the invariant b2microglobulin subunit. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
