Extra Details:: Forkhead box O3A (FOXO3A), also known as FKHLR1 and FOXO3, is a 95kD member of the forkhead family of transcription factors. FOXO3A is ubiquitously expressed and is an important regulator of apoptosis and the cell cycle. FOXO3A triggers apoptosis by inducing the expression of genes necessary for cell death. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry(Frozen): 4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
