- Extra Details:
- Recognizes a 112kD molecule expressed on the cell surface of human fibroblasts and epithelial cells. In peripheral blood the antibody stains myeloid cells and a very small number of lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat 1:10, use 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: SP2 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Ex Max: 496nm Emission Max: 578nm Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
