- Extra Details:
- CD8 is a dimer formed of either two alpha chains, or an alpha chain and a beta chain. Mouse anti Chicken CD8 beta antibody, clone EP42 is specific for Chicken CD8b, binding to an epitope expressed on the CD8b chain, available only on cells expressing alpha/beta heterodimers. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
