- Extra Details:
- Immunoprecipitation was only obtained after cross linking antibody to the labelled cell surface. This gave a band of ~200kD. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: P3.X63.Ag8-U1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
