Extra Details:: TLR3 is a member of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) family and functions as a receptor for double-stranded (ds) RNA. TLRs are expressed on the cell surface and in the endocytic compartment with the purpose of recognizing pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) expressed on infectious agents. In addition TLR's initiate cell signalling to induce production of cytokines necessary for the innate immunity and subsequent adaptive immunity. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat 1:10 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
