Extra Details:: The bovine homologue of human CD28 is a co-stimulatory cell surface molecule expressed by T cell subsets. CD28 is the receptor for CD80 (B7.1) and CD86 (B7.2). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:200, 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Functional Assays: 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
