Extra Details:: CD25 cell surface, also known at IL-2Ra, a glycoprotein of approximately 55kD expressed primarily by activated T lymphocytes (Abrams et al. 2010). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: P3-653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
