Extra Details:: Bovine CD21 cell surface, a145kD single pass type I membrane glycoprotein containing multiple sushi domains. CD21 is also known as complement receptor type 2. In cattle CD21 expression is restricted to B lymphocytes (Naessens et al. 1990). CD21 may be expressed on B cells as either a long or a short form (Pringle et al. 2012) Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
