- Extra Details:
- CD202, also known as TIE-2 or TEK, is a protein-tyrosine kinase transmembrane receptor for angiopoietin 1. It is specifically expressed in developing vascular endothelial cells and probably regulates endothelial cell proliferation and differentiation and guides the proper patterning of endothelial cells during blood vessel formation. Defects in the gene are associated with venous malformations. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤1ug/10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
