Extra Details:: Recognizes the human CD2 cell surface antigen. CD2 is expressed by T lymphocytes and by NK cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 5ul/10e6 cells in 100ul staining volume or whole blood. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Excitation Laser: Blue Laser (488 nm) Green Laser (532 nm)/Yellow-Green Laser (561 nm) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
