Extra Details:: CD172a is strongly expressed by splenic macrophages, monocytes and a subset of afferent lymph veiled cells (ALVC) and by dendritic cells in the skin. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot and store at 4°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE/Cy5 conjugates are sensitive to light.
