This cytoplasmic protein is involved in asymmetrical cell division and cell polarization processes as a member of a multi-protein complex. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:4000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
