Format:: Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 0.01M phosphate, 013M sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 500ul cold ddH2O. Allow 30min for complete dissolution. Some precipitate may occur, but will not affect the product.
Extra Details:: Rabbit Thymus Extract forms precipitins with autoantibodies that bind Sm, nRNP, La/SS-B, Scl-70, and Jo-1 when tested by immunodiffusion. Applications: Suitable for use in immunodiffusion. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
