- Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 0.01M phosphate, 0.13 M sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 500ul ddH2O.
- Extra Details:
- Antibody against human Scl-70, detectable band at 70kD on Hep-2 cellular extract blot. Titer will vary with test system. No attempts have been made to qualify this product on blots made with HeLa cell, calf thymus extract or any other antigen source. This product may have affinity for bands other than those mentioned. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:100, detects band at ~70kD Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
