- Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 0.01M phosphate, 0.13M sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 250ul ddH2O.

- For use in ENA Ouchterlony. Specificity is verified by identity of precipitation with CDC-AF reference serum. Titer will vary with test system; however, undiluted antibody shows a strong Scl-70 precipitate band. Applications: Suitable for use in double immunodiffusion. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
