Extra Details:: Antibody against human Mitochondrial, detectable bands at 74, 52, 45, and 39kD by Western blot at 1:100 dilution using Hep-2 cellular extract blot. Titer will vary with test system. No attempts have been made to quality this product on blots made with HeLa cell, calf thymus extract or any other antigen source. This product may have affinity for bands other than those mentioned. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:100, detects bands at 74, 52, 45, and 39kD Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
