Extra Details:: Specificity is verified by identity of precipitation with CDC-AF reference serum. Titer will vary with test system; however, undiluted antibody shows a strong Jo-1 precipitate band. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and double immunodiffusion. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile xddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
