Applications: Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Peptide ELISA: 1:128,000 (detection limit) Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing human THBS1 a band of ~200kD plus a breakdown product are observed. These bands are not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. The calculated molecular size is 129kD according to NP_003237.2. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
