Extra Details:: Type IV collagen is the major structural component of glomerular basement membranes (GBM), forming a 'chicken-wire' meshwork together with laminins, proteoglycans and entactin/nidogen. Applications: Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Peptide ELISA: 1:32,000 Immunohistochemistry: 4-6ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
