Extra Details:: An autocrine linkage between matrix metalloproteinase-14 and Tie-2 via ectodomain shedding modulates angiopoietin-1-dependent function in endothelial cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 0.1-1ug/ml Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml, strong expression of the protein seen in the plasma membranes of A431 and HeLa cells Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
