Extra Details:: Mimicking phosphorylation at serine 87 inhibits the aggregation of human a-synuclein and protects against its toxicity in a rat model of Parkinson's disease. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Peptide ELISA: 1:128,000 Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml. Detects a band at ~17kD in human brain (amygdala) and fetal mouse brain lysates Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
