Extra Details:: NFATc2 plays a role in the inducible expression of cytokine genes in T cells, especially in the induction of IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, TNF-alpha or GM-CSF. It promotes invasive migration through the activation of GPC6 expression and the WNT5A signaling pathway. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and CHiP. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: CHiP: 1:100 Western Blot: 1:500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50 Immunoprecipitation: 1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
