Molecular Weight: ~63kD Specific Activity: 47pmol/min/ug Assay Conditions: Assay was done in a reaction buffer (25ul) containing 40mM Tris, pH 7.4, 20mM MgCl2, 0.1mg/ml BSA, 100uM ATP, 0.2mg/ml Casein and NEK7 for 50 min at 30 oC. Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
