Extra Details:: Thrombin Receptor is a Proteinase-Activated Receptor involved in the regulation of thrombotic response. Proteolytic cleavage leads to the activation of the receptor. Thrombin induced RANTES expression through a PAR-1 mediated pathway influences inflammatory cell migration to the synovium in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 11-17ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
