Extra Details:: PKD2, a PKD type protein kinase, contains a N-terminal hydrophobic domain predicted to be a transmembrane region, two cysteine-rich motifs that form zinc finger-like repeats, a pleckstrin homology domain, and a putative kinase domain containing the ATP-binding consensus sequence. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 0.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
