Extra Details:: Estrogen receptor-related receptor (ERR gamma), a NR3 Steroid Receptor, has been suggested to affect differentiation of the brain, heart, and kidney. ERR gamma binds as a monomer to an extended half-site of the ERRE type (TCAAGGTCA). ERR gamma has been shown to interact with PGC-1 alpha and has been implicated in the regulation of mitochondrial energy metabolism. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 9-17ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
