Extra Details:: Estrogen-related receptor beta (ERR beta) a NR3 Steroid Receptor, has been shown to affect early placental development. ERR beta also can act as a repressor of transcriptional activity mediated by the glucocorticoid receptor (GR). ERR beta binds as a monomer to the extended half-site TNAAGTGCA and as a homodimer to the estrogen response element (ERE), palindromic thyroid hormone response element (TRE(pal)), and SF-1 response element, but not to the glucocorticoid response element (GRE). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
