Extra Details:: EMR2 is an Orphan-B GPCR with an unknown ligand. EMR2 has five EGF-like domains in the extracellular domain and is highly homologous to CD97. Multiple isoforms of EMR2 are produced by alternative splicing. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 7.5-15ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
