Extra Details:: Hyaluronidase isolated and purified from sheep testes. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:4000 Indirect Immunofluorescence: 1:1000-1:4000. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:4000. Dot Blot: 1:1000-1:4000. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
