- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in precipitating techniques such as immunoelectrophoresis, single and double radial immunodiffusion (e.g., Mancini, Ouchterlony), and immunonephelometry. Other applications not tested. Antibody Titer: Precipitin titre not less than 1:32 when tested against two-fold series dilutions of 1% horseradish peroxidase in agar-block immunodiffusion titration. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
