- The reagents were evaluated for potency, purity and specificity using most or all of the following techniques: immunoelectrophoresis, cross-immunoelectrophoresis, single radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony), block titration, ELISA, immunoblotting and enzyme inhibition. This product is intended for use in precipitating and non-precipitating antibody-binding assays (such as e.g., ELISA and Western blotting and immunofluorescence or histochemical techniques). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:8000 Western Blot: 1:1000-1:8000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:8000 Immunocytochemistry: 1:1000-1:8000 Dot Blot: 1:1000-1:8000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
