- LSA120 MAb is directed against a lung cell antigen. It shows a well-defined reactivity with cells of the lung lineage at all stages of maturation. Non-lung lineages are negative by immuno-histology. Although the exact identity of its antigen has yet to be determined, it has been shown to be distinct from MOC-52 and UM-A9 proteins. This MAb is useful in the identification of normal and neoplastic human lung cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 0.5-1ug/ml; Immunocytochemistry: Frozen: 0.5-1.0ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT Immunohistochemistry: Frozen: 0.5-1.0ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Normal human lung or lung carcinoma Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
