Extra Details:
CD11c, also known as Integrin, alpha X (complement component 3 receptor 4 subunit) (ITGAX), is a type I transmembrane protein found at high levels on most human dendritic cells, but also on monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, and some B cells that induces cellular activation and helps trigger neutrophil respiratory burst; expressed in hairy cell leukemias, acute non-lymphocytic leukemias, and some B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemias. Applications:  Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1ug/million cells  Immunofluorescence: 0.5-1ug/ml  Immunoprecipitation: 0.5-1ug/500ug protein lysate Immunohistochemistry: Frozen: 0.5-1.0ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human dendritic cells. Human lymph nodes and tonsils. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
