Extra Details:: The coronavirus nonstructural protein 13 (aa13) is one of the SARS-Coronavirus replicase cleaving products encoded by ORF1b. Nsp13 is thought to be part of the viral replication complex, which is associated with intracellular membranes. Nsp13 contains a C-terminal NTPase/Helicase domain and an N-terminal putative zinc-binding motif. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 1:800 Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunoprecipitation: 1:60 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
