Extra Details:: Cytokeratins (CK) are intermediate filaments of epithelial cells, both in keratinizing tissue (i.e. skin) and non-keratinizing cells (i.e. mesothelial). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200 ELISA: 1:5000-1:20,000 Western Blot: 1:50-1:200 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200 Immunoprecipitation: 1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
