- Extra Details:
- In vertebrates 3 main groups of actin isoforms, A, B and G have been identified. The A-actins are found in muscle tissues and are a major constituent of the contractile apparatus. The B and G-actins coexist in most cell types as components of the cyto-skeleton and as mediators of internal cell motility. B-actins are highly conserved proteins that are involved in cell motility, structure and integrity. B-actins are cytoplasmic proteins. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:100,000 Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
